Business Use from home would assume one or two heavy users, although multiple IPs can be assigned, and unlike DSL and Cable we DO permit users to share bandwidth and host servers at the premises. SOHO pricing normally permits 7 x 24 transfer of between 1 and 3 megabits per second symmetrically.
Customers with residential-level accounts, but whose traffic patterns fit a SOHO profile, will have their accounts upgraded (but not without a warning).
