BUSINESS/ENTERPRISE/ORGANIZATION:
Business plans assume the need for web-hosting, DNS support, heavy traffic, static IP addresses and first priority to access the 5, 8, 15 or 30 megabit/s burst capability.

SOHO (Small Office/Home Office)
Business Use from home would assume one or two heavy users, although multiple IPs can be assigned, and unlike DSL and Cable we DO permit users to share bandwidth and host servers at the premises. SOHO pricing normally permits 7 x 24 transfer of between 1 and 3 megabits per second symmetrically.

Customers with residential-level accounts, but whose traffic patterns fit a SOHO profile, will have their accounts upgraded (not without a warning).

RESIDENTIAL\HOME\TELECOMMUTER
Designed for part-time telecommuters and home use.

Our lowest-end (Silver) plan assumes a basic residential user will not transfer more than 130 gigabits of data per month. This is a huge amount of data: for example this would be downloading 6,000 MP3s. Higher-end plans permit the transfer of up to 7 times more data per month, at faster speeds.

Requirements for service:
Line-of-Sight reception within our coverage area is necessary for Internet service. To establish this, we conduct a survey (free of charge) of the property to receive service. We schedule surveys after serious inquiries. Request a survey or more information through our online form, here.

Customers purchase their own equipment ($fr 599  tax)   See our FAQ for more information on these policies. We could supply lower cost equipment but we are painstaking about ensuring that installations and equipment and components are as close to perfect as humanly possible. We believe it starts with using the highest quality components installed in a very professional manner.
